Curbside Harvest operates primarily as a directory that connects customers with independent farm stands and small businesses in Nova Scotia.

 

For all products sold directly by vendors, including anything purchased at a farm stand, market, or through a vendor’s own website or social page, any purchase, agreement, or transaction you enter into is strictly between you and that vendor.

 

Curbside Harvest is not responsible for theft, loss, stolen goods, product quality, illness, pricing, refunds, or disputes that arise between customers and vendors.

This section applies only to vendor transactions and does not apply to gift baskets sold directly by Curbside Harvest.

 

3. Gift Baskets Sold by Curbside Harvest

 

Curbside Harvest sells curated gift baskets made up of goods sourced from local farm stands and small businesses. We do not manufacture or produce any of the items included in these baskets.

 

All products contained in the baskets are created, packaged, and labelled by the original vendors, and Curbside Harvest is only reselling these goods in a bundled format.

We do not ship outside Nova Scotia.
Free delivery is provided within twenty kilometres of Kentville. Delivery outside this area may include an additional fee.

 

Product availability may vary based on vendor supply. Substitutions of equal value may occur if a product becomes unavailable.

Curbside Harvest is not responsible for any allergic reactions, product defects, illness, misuse, or issues arising from the products inside the baskets because these goods are created by the original vendors.

Any concerns or claims about a specific product must be directed to the vendor that produced it.

 

4. Advertising and Promotion

 

Curbside Harvest promotes local farm stands, vendors, and their products through our website and social media channels.

All promotional content is provided by the vendors themselves, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or quality of those products or services.

By being featured on our site or social channels, vendors grant Curbside Harvest permission to use their business name, images, and descriptions for promotional purposes.

Curbside Harvest is not responsible for how products are described, priced, or delivered by vendors.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

 

Use of our website is at your own risk.

We make no guarantees that the website will always be available, accurate, or error free.

Curbside Harvest and its owners, employees, or partners are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, illness, or claims that result from:

• Visiting a farm stand or vendor listed on our site
• Theft, stolen goods, or loss of property
• Business disputes between customers and vendors
• Reliance on any information listed on our site
• Any damage caused to you, your property, car, or passengers that occurred from using our Road Trip Maps listed on the website or social media
• Any damages caused to you, your property, car, or passengers that occurred due to any user of our Road Trip Maps listed on the website or social media
• The use, consumption, or possession of any product included in a Curbside Harvest gift basket
